Redburn Country Park, Belfast
Redburn Country Park is on the edge of Holywood and set on a steep slope with spectacular views of Belfast Lough and South Antrim hills from the top. There are seven kilometres of pathways in all seasons and a five kilometre running trail for those wanting a challenge.
In light of the Met Office red weather warning for severe winds on Friday 24 January, you are strongly advised not to visit any forests, country parks and nature reserves until the weather warning is over. Sites will be closed to vehicle access as far as possible during the warning, as will public facilities, including visitor centres, cafés and toilets.
