Change and Transformation Academy with PwC
If you are interested in a career in business services, working with global clients, reviewing documents, carrying out compliance checks, or managing customers and projects, the Change and Transformation Academy with PwC may be the opportunity you are looking for.
Training
The Change and Transformation Academy is an eight-week intensive training course delivered by Belfast Metropolitan College (BMC), and is funded by the Department for the Economy under the Assured Skills programme.
Those selected for the Academy will receive practical, real-world training in the following areas:
- project management
- people-centered change
- risk and strategy management
- human led, tech powered transformations and the use of AI in business
- BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis
- design thinking
- professional skills
- Microsoft Office Suite
If you successfully finish the course and are eligible, you will be guaranteed a job interview with PwC. However, successfully finishing the academy is not a guarantee of getting a job.
Who can apply
No previous experience is needed but you must:
- be at least 18-yearsold
- be eligible to work in the UK at the point of application
- hold a 2:2 degree in any subject
If a large number of applications are received, PwC reserve the right to change the minimum criteria, based on qualifications and experience outlined in your application in order to get a manageable shortlist for interviews.

Interview and training dates
An information session and interviews will take place week beginning Monday 28 October 2024.
Training will take place from Monday 18 November 2024 to Friday 24 January 2025.
Training is from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday for the whole of the Academy.
