This application helps you to think about yourself and the things that are important when planning your future career.
Before completing the form, you may wish to discuss your career plans with your parents/ guardians or your careers' teacher in school or college.
Your careers' adviser will use this information in your careers guidance interview to help you make informed, suitable and achievable career decisions and plan your next steps.

You will need your C2k email address or your school email address. If you don’t know your C2k or school email address, contact your teacher.
