Activities

Visitors are welcome to explore this forest on foot at any time. There are no other facilities.

Public access may be temporarily closed or restricted during some work operations so check this page for details before you visit the forest. At these times pay attention to safety signage.

How to get there

Travelling from Newry, take the A1 to Dublin Road roundabout. Take the first turn left (Dublin Road). After 109 yards, turn right onto Flagstaff Road and travel for two miles to the forest.
