Data and Analytics Academy with EY
If you want to learn life-long skills to equip you for jobs of the future, the Data and Analytics Academy with EY is for you. For those entering the workplace for the first time, changing career or returning to work, this academy is an excellent opportunity.
Training
The Data and Analytics Academy with EY is fully funded by the Department for the Economy and delivered in partnership with South Eastern Regional College.
The Academy is an eight-week intensive training course and will be a mixture of classroom and online learning.
Those selected to join the Academy will receive practical skills, training and industry recognised qualifications in areas such as:
- SQL
- Power BI
- Microsoft Azure
- Python
- Microsoft Office Specialist Excel Associate
- PL-300 Power BI Data Analyst Associate
When you are in the training academy you will:
- receive a weekly training allowance of £175
- be reimbursed for weekly travel expenses
- may be eligible for childcare allowance
If you successfully finish the course, you'll be guaranteed a job interview with EY.
However, successfully finishing the academy is not a guarantee of getting a job.
Who can apply
No previous experience is needed but you must:
- be at least 18 years or over
- hold an honours degree in any subject
- be eligible to work in the UK
- have suitable IT access to link to the online tuition
If a large number of applications are received, EY reserve the right to enhance the minimum criteria, such as degree relevance and work experience, if needed, in order to get a manageable shortlist for interviews.

Closing date
Completed applications must be returned by 12 noon (UK time) on Monday 7 October 2024.
Interview and training dates
Interviews will take place on 28, 29 and 30 October 2024.
An online assessment will take place alongside the interview.
Training starts on Monday 11 November 2024 and finishes on Friday 17 January 2025.
Training is from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday for the duration of the Academy.
Applicants should be available for the whole training period and any prior commitments should be listed in your application.
