Updating your Landlord Registration details
When you're registered as a landlord, you can update your personal information online by managing your registration. You can change your login and contact email addresses. If you’re no longer a landlord, you need to deregister from the Landlord Registration scheme.
Manage your registration
To make changes to your account, select Manage my registration and log in to your Landlord Registration account.
Deregistering from the Landlord Registration scheme
If you’re no longer a landlord, you should deregister from the scheme. You can do this online.
The registration fee you paid was for three years. You don't get a refund when you deregister from the scheme. If you become a landlord in the future, you’ll need to register and pay the registration fee.

- enter your email and password
- select Deregister
Updating your email addresses
If you have an online account for your Landlord Registration, you can change:
- the contact email address for your account
- the email address you use to log in
To change your contact email address, go to:
You need to:
- select Manage my registration
- enter your email and password
- select Change my email address
To change the email you use to log in, you need to:
- click the account name in the top right corner
- select My account
- click Change my email address
- follow the steps and save your changes
You’ll receive an activation message to the new email address. Click the activate link in the message. This activates the email address for your login. You’ll need to use the new email when you log in to your Landlord Registration account.
