OSNI Bench Mark and Spot Height data

This dataset contains the bench mark and spot height data from the large scale mapping.

It consists of point data giving the location of the height points, along with the associated text which shows the height value. Bench mark heights are listed as “BM 64.7” and spot heights are listed just as a value such as “64.7”. The data is also available as a text listing.

Land & Property Services does not maintain this data. They recommend using a Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) and the latest geoid model to find orthometric height in Northern Ireland.
