Replace a lost, stolen or damaged Blue Badge online

This online service is only for individual applicants living in Northern Ireland to apply to replace a lost, stolen or damaged Blue Badge. Support organisations must apply to replace a lost, stolen or damaged badge by post.

Before you start

You will need to give your name, address, town of birth, National Insurance number and a contact number.

You will need to upload a recent colour passport-type photograph (head and shoulders) of the applicant - maximum file size 5MB.

Damaged or faded badges

You must return your current badge to the Blue Badge Unit before a replacement can be sent to you.

Online payment

A replacement Blue Badge costs £10.00.

You can pay using one of the following cards:

You have to finish your application in one session. There is no time limit, but applications will ‘time out’ after 15 minutes of inactivity.
