Child Funeral Fund claim form - CFF1

The Child Funeral Fund claim form provides funding for a funeral of a child under the age of 18 or stillborn after the 24th week of pregnancy.

Details

The Child Funeral Fund is available regardless of the income of the claimant but it is depending on eligibility criteria. The claimant must have accepted responsibility for the funeral costs.
