If the person who has died did not leave a Will and you want to apply for probate (Letters of Administration), you can either do so online or use the NIPF2 application form.

If you want to apply on paper, the application form below must be filled in by hand.

To apply:

print the form
fill out all sections that apply
fill out the checklist
download, print and fill out any relevant extra forms
sign and date the application (all applicants need to sign and date the form)
send your completed form, court fee, and supporting documents to the Probate Office
