Information about your property

To get a calculation, you need to provide information about the property. The calculator asks you:

• whether the property is residential, commercial or a mixed use property
• whether the property is in a disadvantaged relief area
• the premium amount, if one was paid
• the terms of the lease in years
• the rent for each year (up to five years)
• highest 12 monthly rent in the first five years (or less)
• whether the average annual rent for the lease is greater than £600
