Complete a jury notice Form of Return online

When you receive a jury notice, you must fill in a Form of Return within 14 days. You can return the form online.

If you still need to fill in your jury notice, you should contact customerservicecentre@courtsni.gov.uk. The online form is not available until 2026.

Before you start

To fill in the Form of Return online, you need;

juror reference number
online reference number

These numbers are on the Form of Return (form 2) in the juror notice booklet.
