Complete a jury notice Form of Return online

When you receive a jury notice, you must fill in a Form of Return within 14 days. You can return the form online.

The online jury form service is now unavailable. You will need to contact the Customer Service Centre on 0300 200 7812 or email customerservicecentre@courtsni.gov.uk and ask for help.

Before you start

To fill in the Form of Return online, you need;

juror reference number
online reference number

These numbers are on the Form of Return (form 2) in the juror notice booklet.
