Clandeboye Forest

Clandeboye Forest is a mixed coniferous and broadleaved woodland beside Helen's Tower.

Activities

The Clandeboye Way walking trail crosses through this woodland linking to Leadmines Wood. Occasionally there may be restricted access to parts of the forest during work or other forest operations so pay attention to safety signage.

How to get there

From Bangor, take the A21 to Newtownards. After one mile turn right for Conlig onto the Bangor Road. After half a mile turn right onto Tower Road and go for half a mile to the forest.
