If you do not hold British or Irish Citizenship, have leave granted under the EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS) or a pending decision on EUSS made before 1 July 2021, and want to marry or form a civil partnership in Northern Ireland you need to fill in an Immigration Status Statement.
