Taxi or Bus Licence holders can report vehicle alterations or accident involvement via the DVA online portal.
When logged in, the licence holder should click on the messages link on the top tool bar and select ‘send new message’.
The message should contain the following details:
- operator/owner name and address
- vehicle details – registration number, make, model.
- details of alteration or accident.
The Driver and Vehicle Agency will review the information and provide guidance to the operator/owner on the next steps.
