Contravention code 12- (for goods vehicles) is summarised as parked in a residents parking zone without having or displaying a valid permit.

Valid permit

Contravention code 12- (for goods vehicles) shall be used for all vehicles seen to be parked in designated residents parking zone bays without having or correctly displaying a valid permit.

A 10-minute observation period will be applied for goods vehicles.

This contravention is currently only applicable in the Rugby Road area residents parking zone in Belfast.
