Housing Rights Court Duty Scheme
Housing Rights provide a court duty scheme to help homeowners and tenants on the day of their repossession hearings.
Two specialist advisers go to all High Court and county court repossession hearings. They can offer emergency advice to people facing repossession. The advisers may also accompany people to their hearing.
