Compensation services available
Compensation Services support the victims of violent crime by giving compensation to people who are injured or experience loss in Northern Ireland.
They look after the statutory compensation schemes for criminal injuries and damage.
These schemes allow you to:
- make a claim for criminal damage
- make a claim for historical sexual abuse sustained before May 2002
- make a claim for criminal injuries sustained between May 2002 and March 2009
- make a claim for criminal injuries sustained from April 2009
