Wheelchair seat belt anchorages safety check in class B taxi

You can apply for a Voluntary Individual Vehicle Approval (IVA) if you have a registered vehicle and later on converted it to carry an occupied wheelchair because you now want to use the vehicle as a Class B taxi.

Details

During the Voluntary IVA inspection, the Driver & Vehicle Agency (DVA) Northern Ireland needs to approve seat belt anchorage systems to make sure they meet safety requirements and for this check to take place you will need to fill in the form below.
