Adaptations to a Housing Executive property
Sometimes the Housing Executive (NIHE) needs to make improvements or alterations to a property to suit the needs of the people who live there. To accommodate someone with a disability, a house might need minor or major adaptations.
Minor adaptations which don't need a referral
The Housing Executive is responsible for doing certain minor adaptations which don't need to be referred to an occupational therapist.
Minor adaptations which need a referral
