Contact the Move to Universal Credit team

You can use this online form, only if you have received a Migration Notice letter telling you to move from your existing benefit or tax credits to Universal Credit.

You can find out how personal information you submit to the Department for Communities' Move to Universal Credit Team when using this service will be handled by viewing its privacy notice.
