NSPCC Young Witness Service

The NSPCC Young Witness Service is available in all courts for children and young people under 18 who have to go to court as witnesses. It's a free, independent, confidential support service.

If you aren't satisfied with the service provided by the NSPCC Young Witness Service, tell someone at the witness service office. If you aren't happy with their decision, you can ask for this to be reviewed. If you aren't satisfied with this outcome, you can contact the Victims and Witnesses Branch.
